Wheel your tools and instruments with you on a job, anywhere. Easy to take on and off buses, cars, airplanes and any other vehicle; including service trucks. A wide range of sizes and configurations are available - with and without the wheels and telescoping handle. Durable and ruggedly constructed of high density, polyethylene. Telescoping handle provides comfortable edge caster wheeling and recesses for convenience into the bottom of the case. These cases come with 1" thick pads of cube foam in the bottom and egg-crate convoluted foam in the top. We will customize the foam to your specific requirements.

Thermoformed Cases range in construction from light duty to heavy duty, and are formed using ABS and polyethylene plastics. They are relatively light in weight compared with fabricated wood cases and rotationally molded plastic cases. There is a variety of styles including rack-mount cases and cases with edge casters and telescoping handles.

Thermoformed Cases generally offer a less expensive alternative for wide range of applications. Not as rugged as rotationally molded cases, they still serve well as carrying cases for transport as airline baggage. Ruggedized versions have strengthening ribs and bumpers, and are used as shipping cases where heavy repeat usage is not expected. Typically these cases have aluminum parting lines, padded steel or plastic handles, metal latched, and keyed or combination locks.
